Logitech Share Repurchase Summary

In February 2008 Logitech International S.A. announced that it was beginning a $250M share repurchase program which is in effect, at the latest, until the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2010.

In compliance with Swiss regulations, the Company is making the following information available regarding share repurchase and sale activity since inception of the current share repurchase program.

Under Logitech's share repurchase program, purchases of shares may be made from time to time on the open market, through block trades or otherwise, during the period commencing one trading day after public announcement of its quarterly results and ending approximately three weeks before quarter-end. During this period, purchases may be started or stopped at any time without prior notice depending on market conditions and other factors.
