On November 13, 2014, Logitech announced that its Board of Directors has approved an annual dividend of CHF 0.26 per share which will be subject to Swiss withholding tax for all shareholders. The annual dividend requires shareholder approval and is expected to be confirmed at Logitech’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for Dec. 18, 2014 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
