Logitech International (SIX:LOGN) (Nasdaq:LOGI) today announced that its
board of directors will ask shareholders to approve the election to the
board of Didier Hirsch, senior vice president and chief financial
officer of Agilent Technologies, at Logitech's annual general meeting in
Lausanne, Switzerland on Sept. 5, 2012.
At the meeting, Logitech shareholders will also be asked to re-elect to
its board of directors Erh-Hsun Chang, former senior vice president of
operations for Logitech, and Kee-Lock Chua, president and chief
executive officer of Vertex Group and Logitech's lead independent
director.
Logitech intends to file its preliminary proxy statement, which includes
additional information regarding these nominees, with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission and post it on the Company's website
